About our Online Customer Service Training

  • Training consists of three hours, delivered in three one-hour sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 8:00am and 9:00am Central. And, yes, we can provide a custom schedule for your business or organization.
  • The registration fee for our October and November events is only $99 per participant, which represents a substantial savings off the regular registration fee of $149.

  • Login credentials and instructions for the training event will be provided upon receipt of payment.
  • Cancellations are accepted no later than three days prior to the first day of the scheduled training; after that, credit will be applied to future training events.
